KRP announced additions to its U.S. account management and engineering staffs.

Joining the organization are Christopher Elena, Account Manager; Erik Dahl, Senior Systems Engineer; Jim Barber, Systems Engineer; and Thane Balles, Support Engineer. All are working out of KRP’s Kingston (Seattle), Washington office.
Mr. Elena, a graduate of Olympic College, brings broad-based experience in voice and data communications customer service and sales, and has direct experience as an end user of KRP’s products and services.
Mr. Dahl, a major in Computer Science and Business at Washington State University, is a 10-year certified professional in Interactive Intelligence communications systems with extensive experience in technology implementation and client support.
Mr. Barber, certified on numerous different networks and platforms, has broad-based experience as a Senior Engineer and Senior Integration Engineer for Voice over IP technology (VoIP), switching, messaging, and other technologies. Among the organizations Mr. Barber has worked for are Pacific Star Communications and Present LanCo Systems.
Mr. Balles began his computer and networking career in Microsoft’s Technical Support Group, and then moved into the telecommunications industry to work with the convergence of voice and data, with special expertise in VoIP. He has set up call centers around the country.
