Vancouver, BC, May 25, 2005 – KRP Communications announced that it has developed a telephony integration for Salesforce.com. Salesforce.com is a completely web enabled Customer Management Relationship (CRM) solution. KRP leveraged its CRM and telephony expertise to develop a solution that adds a great deal of value to the Salesforce.com offering. This integration works with the IP telephony solution from Interactive Intelligence (www.inin.com) of whom KRP is a Select Distributor.

Users can transfer, hold, conference, mute, disconnect, and even record calls with this new integration. Contacts from the Interactive Intelligence server are loaded so you can contact colleagues, clients, and business partners from anywhere you have access to the web. This integration also extends the presence management capability that is built in to the Interactive Intelligence solution.
